Copyright & Content Policy

English — Copyright & Content Policy

Tours to Cappadocia respects the rights of photographers, creators, travellers and other rights holders. This policy explains the sources of content used on our website, the limits on reusing it, and how to notify us of a copyright or other intellectual-property concern.

1. Website operator and contact

Tours to Cappadocia is operated by Romos Turizm Bilişim Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Romos Travel, TÜRSAB licence A-13114.

Copyright and content notices: copyright@romostravel.com
Postal address: Sinanpaşa Mahallesi, Alaybeyi Sokak, Hakan Zini İş Merkezi, No: 2, Kat: 3, Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Türkiye.

Please use this contact for notices concerning content on tourstocappadocia.com. Ordinary booking enquiries should be sent through our contact page.

2. Content ownership and permitted use

Our website contains original material, licensed third-party assets and content supplied with permission by relevant contributors or service providers. Rights remain with the applicable owner. Use of an image on this website does not mean that Romos Travel owns its copyright or can grant a licence to someone else.

Unless an applicable licence, written permission or legal exception allows it, you may not copy, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit protected photographs, videos, text, graphics, branding or other content from this website. Normal browsing and any uses permitted by law are unaffected. A request to reuse third-party material must be directed to the relevant rights holder or licensing provider.

3. Licensed stock photographs and other assets

Stock photographs and other assets used by Tours to Cappadocia include material licensed through Adobe Stock, Shutterstock and Envato Elements. Such assets are used subject to the applicable licence, permitted purpose and any project-specific requirements. Other material may be original to Romos Travel or supplied by authorised partners or contributors.

A stock licence grants specified usage rights; it does not transfer copyright ownership, guarantee that every possible use is permitted, or give visitors permission to download and reuse the asset. Provider names are given to identify sources, not to suggest sponsorship or endorsement of our business.

Where applicable, photographs may illustrate a destination or experience rather than depict the exact guide, vehicle, guest or arrangement offered in a particular booking. The services included in a booking are those confirmed in writing.

4. Concerns involving a stock-library asset

If your concern relates to an asset distributed through Adobe Stock, Shutterstock or Envato Elements, we encourage you to contact the relevant provider's copyright or intellectual-property team so that it can investigate the underlying asset and contributor records.

When notifying us, please include the provider name, asset or item ID, the provider's listing URL and any available support ticket, case ID or written response. This helps us identify the relevant licence and coordinate a review.

You do not have to obtain a provider case ID, complete a provider investigation or contact a provider first before notifying us. We will consider sufficiently identifiable notices sent directly to the address above. The absence of a provider reference does not itself invalidate a notice or restrict any legal remedy.

The providers publish their own reporting procedures:

• Adobe Stock: intellectual-property reporting
• Shutterstock: copyright reporting
• Envato Elements: intellectual-property policy

These external procedures are administered by the providers under their own rules. A provider's process does not replace our review of a concern about this website.

5. What to include in a notice

To help us investigate, please provide:

• Your name, a reliable email address and, where relevant, the organisation or rights holder you represent.
• The exact URL of each page on our website where the disputed content appears, together with an image URL, screenshot or other identifying reference where available.
• A description or copy of the original work and a clear explanation of the right you claim and why you consider the use unauthorised.
• Available information supporting ownership or authority to act, such as original files, publication records, relevant agreements or an authorisation from the rights holder. Copyright registration is not treated as a universal prerequisite.
• For a stock asset, the provider and asset ID, licence concern, and any case reference or correspondence you already have.
• For a monetary demand, the legal basis, calculation and any relevant comparable licences or other supporting information.
• The action you request and a statement that, to the best of your knowledge, the information supplied is accurate and made in good faith.

Please provide enough information to locate the material and understand the concern. If information is missing, we may ask for clarification; we do not require an unnecessary document simply to delay review. If you act as an agent, explain your authority. Do not send passwords, unrelated account information or unnecessary personal documents.

6. How we review and respond

We review notices reasonably promptly in light of their content and any applicable legal deadline. We may examine the website use, available licence history, acquisition records, supplied permissions and the claimant's information, and contact the relevant provider or contributor where necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, we may temporarily restrict access to the identified material while checking the position, remove or replace it, correct a credit or description, seek further information, or explain why the available records support the use. We will comply with binding legal requirements and competent authority orders.

Temporary removal, replacement or investigation is not by itself an admission of liability. Equally, holding a stock-library licence does not remove the need to assess a credible concern about its scope or the underlying rights. We do not automatically reject a notice merely because an asset was obtained from a licensing platform.

7. Partner, contributor and guest material

Suppliers, contributors and guests who provide material for publication must have the necessary rights and permissions for the proposed use. Please do not submit another person's work, identifying information or likeness without the authority required for that use.

Rights in contributed material remain with the relevant owners unless otherwise agreed. We review concerns about material published on our website regardless of whether it originated with us or a third party. The Operator’s role and responsibility are assessed for each item according to its source, the actual publication activities and applicable law, including any relevant hosting-provider provisions. Obligations concerning our own content remain unaffected.

8. Records, confidentiality and privacy

We may retain relevant notices, correspondence, licence records and limited evidence needed to investigate an issue, meet applicable obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal rights. If material is removed from public view, a restricted evidence copy may be retained where justified.

We may share information necessary to handle the claim with the relevant licensing provider, contributor, professional advisers or competent authorities, subject to applicable requirements. Please identify any particularly confidential material when submitting it. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Πολιτική Απορρήτου.

9. Good-faith reporting and legal rights

Please submit accurate, specific notices and correct information if you discover an error. A claim, request for payment or screenshot alone does not conclusively establish ownership or infringement; supporting information helps the parties assess the position fairly. We do not presume that a claim is false simply because it is disputed.

This policy offers a practical notification and review route. It does not require anyone to waive legal rights, exhaust a provider process, accept a private deadline, or use a particular court where the law provides otherwise. Applicable Turkish intellectual-property law, including Law No. 5846 where relevant, and other mandatory legal rules continue to apply.

For copyright or content concerns, contact copyright@romostravel.com and identify the relevant page and material.

10. Notice-and-takedown procedure and reservation of rights

Where applicable, we take account of Additional Article 4 of Turkish Law No. 5846. That procedure involves a request to the information content provider to stop the infringement within three days and, if it continues, the statutory process involving the public prosecutor and service provider. Requests for clarification do not suspend mandatory legal deadlines or necessary measures. The copyright email above is designated for routing, without invalidating notices actually received through another legally valid channel.

A monetary demand does not itself establish a debt or the amount claimed. We may examine and dispute ownership, authority, permissions, the use concerned and the basis of an amount demanded. Rights of application, defence and objection remain reserved. Where the legal conditions are met, remedies concerning forged evidence, knowingly false ownership claims or unlawful abuse of proceedings may be available. Disagreement, rejection of a notice or a decision in our favour does not itself establish bad faith.

Türkçe — Telif Hakları, Üçüncü Kişi İçerikleri ve İhlal Bildirimi Politikası
