A price attached to a party size is the total for that party, in USD. Separately labelled group offers are per person. Final arrangements are confirmed in writing.
04Can you arrange Cappadocia travel from Istanbul?
We have itineraries beginning in Istanbul as well as tours starting in Cappadocia. Send your dates and existing flight plans so we can suggest the appropriate option.
05Are hot-air balloon flights guaranteed?
No. Flying depends on weather, aviation approval and operator availability. Confirm the cancellation and rebooking conditions before payment.
06Where can we be picked up?
Pickup arrangements depend on the experience and your hotel or airport. Send the exact location so we can confirm the meeting point, time and any additional cost.
07Can we request a particular guide language?
Please state your preferred language when enquiring. We confirm availability and any price difference before booking.
08Are tours suitable for families?
Tell us the ages of the children and your preferred pace. We can discuss suitable sightseeing; balloon operators have separate participation requirements.
09Can you help travellers with mobility needs?
Describe the assistance you need before booking. Cappadocia includes steps, uneven ground and narrow passages, so suitability must be checked for each route.
10Are tickets, meals and hotels included?
